General Program Vision and Goals: Managers are responsible for their teams performance. Effective managers play a vital role in assessing team performance, establishing clear expectations and accountability, giving feedback and conducting coaching conversations that build awareness and drive results. Thus, coaching skills are essential for managers to learn the best practices, research, tools and models for coaching, leading and managing their organization effectively. In this program, managers will learn how coaching management builds strong interpersonal relations, helps in greater employee collaboration, encourage the empowerment of others, and obtain greater performance results while being less controlling as a leader.

Coaching Skills for Managers Program:

This course contains 11 modules with additional 10 hours of mentoring for managers which is not included in 11 modules. Managers’ mentoring is done as 7 hours of group mentoring and 3 hours of individual mentoring.

Following 11 modules as part of the curriculum and they are categorized as foundational, intermediate and advance module.

Number of hours of student contact time: Through the process of the program, you will 60 hours of learning coaching skills; 32 hours of content delivered on-site as classroom training, 12 hours of face- to-face live online training, which is completed in 4 sessions of 3 hours each and 12 hours of assignments to implement learning at workplace and other non-instructor led learning engagements. The 10 hours mentor coaching is delivered across 3 months to ensure managers effectively apply learning and implement learning application at workplace successfully.

Learning goals: The goal of this program is to train managers to become more effective managers and manage teams keeping them motivated and on task, all with an eye toward career development. Managers can use their coaching proficiency to conduct coaching for their team employees and also give regular feedback on their performance.

Coaching philosophy: Our coaching philosophy draws from transformational coaching psychology at workplaces. This program is learner engaging and practical in nature. All course material is designed basis adult learning principals and psychology.

Lead Instructions: ICF Credentialed ACCPCC or MCC Coach with CTA Coaching Skills Trainer Certification.

Dates and Locations: This is an on-demand program. Corporates and organizations can contact us to bring this course to your organization if they are willing to introduce coaching skills in their organization.
