We complete this course in 3 months of coaching training with 3.5 hours of weekly online face to face training. This course is accredited by ICF (international Coach Federation) as Coach Transformation Academy is also approved by ICF. As per ICF guidelines this course also includes 10 hours of mentor coaching which is covered in 7 hours of group mentor coaching and 3 hours of individual mentor coaching. Coach Transformation Academy offers business builder module to those who wish to start coaching as full time profession. This business builder module is designed to create the sagacity to set up and establish a coaching business; it is conducted as 5 hours of live training and 5 hours of assignment.
We will also be providing you a toolkit that every coach need, to start the business as a coach successfully in Ireland or anywhere in the world.
At the end of the program, you will undergo final performance evaluation. Coaches who successfully complete the evaluation are awarded with our certificate of Certified Business Coach
