We cover this program in 3 months, we conduct 4 days of classroom training followed by 9 online face to face weekly sessions followed by 10 hours of mentor coaching, and mentor coaching is covered as per ICF guidelines that are 7 hours as group mentor coaching and 3 hours of individual one to one mentor coaching. After completing coaching training and mentor coaching, Coach Transformation Academy conducts a final performance evaluation test to ensure the effectives in your coaching skills.
Once you meet all the requirements of ICF, we will award you with the certificate of completion of professional coach training program; this certificate is valid to be submitted to ICF to get ACC level of credentials. If you have completed level 1 of ICF coaching and hold credentials of ACC level, you only have to undergo 65 hours of coaching training to get PCC level of credentials.
