Coach Transformation Academy is largest coaching ICF certified coaching institute with presence in more than 90 countries. Coach Transformation Academy offers ICF. We are approved for 60 hours of life coaching certification training in Malaysia and rest of the world. We conduct this program as 4 days of classroom training and 3 hours of weekly online session conducted for 3 months. Coaches will also undergo 10 hours of mentor coaching and to fulfill the requirement of ICF we split this 10 hours of mentor coaching into two parts, 7 hours of group mentor coaching and 3 hours of individual mentor coaching.
Once coaches complete 60 hours of coach training which is followed by 10 hours of mentor coaching, we will be conducting a final performance evaluation test of the coaches to ensure the effectiveness in their coaching skills and learning, and according to their performance, they will get a detailed feedback for their better improvement. This feedback will be provided by their coach trainer. After qualifying this test coaches will be awarded by our certificate which needs to be submitted to ICF in order to get the credentials from the ICF.
