Coach Transformation Academy offers online Life coaching certification to working professional living in Philippines. This course is approved by ICF (International Coach Federation) for 60 hours of coaching training. This course is an additional coaching specializing program to learn coaching. This course is for those who want to bring the change in life and look forward to development in personal and professional life. To become a professional life coach, you have to complete the basic coaching training of 60 hours with 10 hours of mentor coaching, 10 hours of business builder module. Once you complete these many hours then you will undergo the specialization module of 10 hours which contains life coaching tools, life coaching techniques and life coaching applications etc.
Coach Transformation Academy conducts mentor coaching as per the guidelines of ICF, that is mentor coaching should be conducted as 7 hours as group mentor coaching and 3 hours as individual mentor coaching. Our business builder module is an optional and those who wish to start coaching as their main profession can undergo this module to learn how to successfully start and establish the coaching as a business this module is covered with 5 hours of training and 5 hours of assignment. Our specialization module is also covered as 5 hours of training and 5 hours of assignment on it to ensure the effectiveness in coaching learning.
Coach Transformation Academy conducts final performance evaluation to ensure learning effectiveness and application of learning life coaching in coaching practice. After qualifying this test, you will be awarded with our certificate of Certified Life Coach. This certificate is valid with ICF and you can submit to ICF to get ICF credentials.
