CTA conducts certified professional coach program in three levels –
Certified Professional Coach (CTA-CPA) (Level – 1) is 60 hours of coaching training
Certified Senior Professional Coach (CTA-CSPA) (Level – 2) is 125 hours of coaching training
Certified Master Coach (CTA – CMC) (Level – 3) is 175 hours of coaching training
All courses include unique specialization modules which are for 10 hours for building coaching specialization where you can choose your coaching niche as a life coach, executive coach, career coach or a business coach. Each course also includes 10 hours of mentor coaching which is conducted as 7 hours of group mentoring and 3 hours of individual mentoring, as ICF requires all coaches to undergo mentor coaching. Apart from this, we make sure our coaches are ready to launch their career therefore CTA offers 10 hours of business builder module in addition to coaching training.
