As a global training organization, we recommend all to enroll in an ICF accredited coach certification training institute and undergo ICF accredited business coach certification training program only. ICF credentials will allow you to work and to grow in your current role not just in Vietnam but everywhere else in the world.
This online business coach certification program is accredited by ICF and approved for 60 hours of coaching training; this program is covered in 3 months of coaching training which is conducted as 3.5 hours of weekly face to face online sessions. This is offered with 10 hours mentor coaching and 10 hours of specialization module, both are approved by ICF. Mentor coaching is conducted as 7 hours of group mentor coaching and 3 hours of individual mentor coaching; this mentor coaching will be conducted after completing 60 hours of coaching training. Coaches will also get detailed feedback from their coach trainer so that coaches can improve and enhance their coaching skills. Once you complete these many hours of training now you will undergo specialization module of 5 hours of coaching training and 5 hours of assignment, this specialization module will help you master your coaching skills into business coaching skills to become a certified professional business coach.
Coach Transformation Academy also offers business builder module as an optional module to aspiring coaches who would like to start coaching as their full time profession. We cover coaching business strategies, how to approach coaching clients, what should your website look like and some other planning strategies which help coaches to start their career as a certified professional business coach.
