Coach Transformation Academy is an ICF approved coach training organization, conducts ICF accredited online executive coaching certification courses for professionals and aspiring coaches living in Taiwan. This course is approved by ICF and will be covered in 60 hours of coaching training, 10 hours of Executive coaching specialization and 10 hours of mentor coaching and an additional optional business builder module of 10 hours. In order to complete this program, you will undergo 60 hours of coaching training which is conducted as 3.5 hours of weekly online classes, after that you will go through specialization program which is conducted as 5 hours of coaching training and 5 hours of completion and submission of assignment, this specialization module is designed to master coaching skills into professional executive coaching skills. After completing these training hours, you will undergo 10 hours of mentor coaching, which is covered as 7 hours of group mentor coaching and 3 hours of individual mentor coaching.
During this online executive coach certification course we will cover organization development models, change management models and tools, team and group coaching models and the other important executive coaching tools and technique, ICF coaching competencies and you will also practice core competencies of coaching and apply them in your executive coaching practice sessions.
Once you complete these modules, you will undergo a final performance evaluation to ensure the learning effectiveness and application of learning.
After successfully completing the performance evaluation, you will be awarded with Coach Transformation Academy’s Certified Executive Coach certification. This certificate is valid with ICF and will need to submit to ICF to get ICF ACC Level credentials.
