- 60 hours of coach training that contains classroom training, assignments and business builder module. Business builder module is designed to make coaches perfectly able to start their own business as a coach. Coaches will have to undergo 10 hours of mentor coaching. Mentor coaching is conducted as 7 hours of group coaching and 3 hours of in person mentor coaching sessions.
- 100 hours as coaching experience, 75 of these hours should be paid with minimum of 8 different clients. If you work in an organization and you have a team or people to coach, you can count them in your paid coaching hours.
- Coach Transformation Academy’s final performance evaluation test by using core competencies of ICF coaching.
Coach Transformation Academy conducts this program as classroom training in USA. If your working professional life schedule doesn’t allow you to join classroom training workshops, you also have an opportunity to undergo this course online. We offer this complete course as an ICF accredited professional coaching certification training program.
Online program will take 3-4 months to complete the above mentioned requirements and to get awarded as a Coach Transformation Academy Professional Coach accredited by International Coach Federation.
